Those we love don’t go away,
they walk beside us every day.
Unseen, unheard but always near,
still loved, still missed
and held so dear.

It has been many thousand days since my child left this earth. And still there are those moments when I see the angel’s wings hovering in the sky, like a gentle wave, a fleeting greeting. And then I become so aware of the meaning of the poem. May all parents who lost their child, never stop feeling this closeness and may they always have the strength to experience love in the missing.

Remembering Noël, my first son, who died on december 22th, 2006 and was born december 24th, 2006.

The story of Noël:

Silent love

I’m striving to provide you a reason to slow down, breathe and enjoy the moment. Right here. I’ve done many things, from falling in love to burying a son.
